XPG-007-V Gargoyle

The XPG-007-V Gargoyle is a Vega class variable PG (shown in Gear Mode). The Gargoyle is a "true" assault type PG, meaning that it was conceived for close quarters combat, mid-range engagements and boarding actions. The XPG-007-V does not appear in any of the Aero Guard Divisions, and the Pandorian Aero Command denies that they were ever created ( there are 6 units in operation, all by the Tempest Pirates). The Gargoyle is considered a mid weight PG, although it weighs in as a light weight unit. This is due to the composite materials and the construction methods used.

The XPG-007-V is shown in what maybe its standard loadout (seeing that this unit is not military it is not known how many configurations exist ). The Gargoyle is shown armed with a 20mm short vulcan rifle (payload of 2000 caseless rounds) with underslug mid-range beam cannon. The unit is also armed with four micro-missile silos that carry 5 micro-swarm missile in each silo for a total of 40 missiles (20 per leg). The XPG-007-V is also equipped with a barrier system, that deflects most beam attacks and has a few other uses.

Like all PGs the Gargoyle is equipped with a grav unit for flight.
