This is the start of my retooling of my Armor Marines. Now to the details.

The Taris Silverback Armor Marine are designed to operate in micro/zero-gravity environments. The unit can operate under normal gravity conditions. The Silverback stands about 16 ft. tall at it's shoulders. The units cockpit is located in the rear ( this will be common on most of my new AM designs). The pilot is seated in a crouched position , similar to a sports bike rider ( this position helps to keep the AMs profile lower).

The AM featured belongs to the Taris Security Corp. The unit is equipped with a Barrier Defense Shield or BDS system. The system works well against beam and pulse weapons. It also does have some limited effects against projectile based weapons. The unit is armed with a 40mm multi-munition cannon. In the Security loadout it is armed with concussion rounds. The units forearms house Smart-RPG launchers. Each arm has a payload of 40 S/RPGs. The underside of each arm has a High-yield beam cannon ( some Security units switch them out for 20mm cannons).

The Silverback with appear in Fringe Wars: Shadow Divers, a group of short stories that will appear in the Bad Cog Studios Presents Anthology. The Anthology with feature works from the members of Bad Cog Studios and our associates.
