Raptor 3x3 Type R

The Carrtech Raptor 3x3 Type R ( yeah, it's based on the T-Rex), is the latest in ATV technology. The Raptor appears in The Calling (and several other upcoming books). The Raptor is a "green" vehicle , the power plant is a Carrtech 1400cc liquid/air cooled 400hp electric motor(it requires 4 J-type fuel cells). The Raptor also has two additional drive unit located within the hubs and rim area of the forward wheels, this allows the Raptor to apply power to all three wheels, in effect making it an all-wheel drive ATV . These units draw power from the main power plant, but can run independent if needed. The Raptor is a two person ATV and has a cargo rating of 600lbs. (this is in addition to the
operators weight).
